World Mental Health Day is an international day which occurs every year 10 October. Its purpose is to raise awareness about mental health and reduce social stigma. The theme of This year’s Mental health Day is ‘mental health for all’ which is particularly significant as we have seen many changes and challenges in our daily lives as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
In school we are sharing ways we can promote our wellbeing and enjoy good mental health as well as how we can access help when we need it.
